Subject to an approved legal and operational design, account, professional credential, availability, assignment, communication, attendance and payment-status information may be processed according to role and service purpose.

Before a controlled pilot
SYLVYA must complete its legal terms, retention schedule, incident process, subprocessor register and documented security controls before real professional data is introduced.
